It is finally time. Time for Her to come. Only when the little sad melody, played by Dawn with her accordion, is played in the right tune, and played until the end...
Only then it is time for Dusk to arrive. Because Dawn is no more. She is not herself anymore, but only Her. It is time for a sweet darkness, it is time for delicious shadows. It is time for fiery Dusk to take over, time to steal the red from sunset, time to switch to red accordions. Until it is Dawn again, tunes will play only Dusk's songs. Until she finds Herself again, Dawn succumbs to her ways...

I took this shot while some friends and I were riding a historic subway train in New York. The train was shaking and the lights frequently cut in and out. I noticed a guide in front of me. He spent much of the ride chatting with passengers and answering their questions. When they were out, one light lit up this subway guide like a stagelight. I braced myself, pointed me lens at him, and vigourously snapped away. He noticed what I was going, but didn't seem to mind one bit.
I used my Nikon D750 @ Iso 800, 1/250th, and 50mm 1.8D @ 2.8 for capture and a combination of Lightroom and Nik Silver Efex Pro 2 for processing.
Happy birthday Marion Ravn! My son and I went through a rough patch in February. So attending two great concerts with you, and having a nice talk and photoshoot, was just what we needed then. And then you sent us the LPs in the post afterwards. Break a leg during your gigs this week!
Shot Trentemøller for 3voor12/Limburg yesterday. Wonderful show where sound and vison (by means of dreamy projections) created a magical place.
