Stability, durabilty and strength there is only a prominent one that is this in the universe to life the human being.Especially when the waves crash or these come rolling down the hill, these are rocks. A firmness we are taught to stand against the wave and go with the flow of life. The withstanding of time and hardships, Of all things created, the rock is one of the most useful, yet most unaccredited substances on earth!...
Many community detection algorithms are non deterministic and can therefore give different partitions for the same graph. Depending on the context, it can be important to obtain stable results so as to identify very pertinent communities, but it can also be interesting to find some less stable ones.
For non deterministic algorithms, comparing two partitions of a given graph is not so easy. Some parameters can be calculated to estimate the similarity between two partitions: rand index, Jaccard index or the mutual information. However these parameters give only an aggregated value which can be hard to interpret.
In the spirit of the rand index, the plot above shows the similarity between 10,000 computations of communities on the same network, the famous Zachary's karate club. The plot is a distribution of the proportion of pairs of nodes which are in the same group, the point (6213 ; 0.014) for instance means that there is 1.4% of pairs of nodes which are placed in the same community 62% of the time.
A deterministic algorithm would always place nodes either together or not, the curve would therefore exhibit two peaks, one on 0 and one on 10,000. However, the algorithm used (the Louvain method) is not deterministic and therefore some pairs are sometimes grouped and sometimes not. Despite the non-determinism, we can see that most pairs are nearly always grouped or separated, but that around 10% of pairs of nodes are nearly as often together than separated. These nodes are centainely specific and their position have to be investigated.

Title: Appeal to All the People of the World for Prayer to End Conflicts to Bring Peace and Love to All in Ethiopia and the Rest of Africa
By Prof. Ephraim Isaac
I: Introduction
A gentle and graceful call for all peace-loving humans to do at least a two-minute prayer of love, peace, and kindness for the millions of the suffering peoples of Ethiopia that has been going on sadly without end. The prayer will take place on Saturday June 19, 2021, from 10am-12am EST (New York Time) at the historic Abyssinian Baptist Church in New York. We shall pray for the cessation of all hostilities, mutual forgiveness, peace and love to all in Ethiopia including the rest of Africa and the rest of the world. Humanity as one community is what the world should value, not war, killings and endless conflicts.
The prayer is to stop the on-going killings in Ethiopia and it will take place in the Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem, New York physically but it will be held virtually globally calling all of you to join and pray to save all the people.
II: Ethiopia Deserves Peace, Stability and Unity
This current on-going killing must never take place in the Ethiopia that has given spiritual strength to all humanity. Ethiopia is an ancient African country and one of the first in the world to accept Judaism, Christianity, and Islam in their early days.

Each year the European Central Bank (ECB) and the European Commission organise a joint high-level conference on European financial integration. This annual conference has established itself as an important meeting place for a high-level exchange of views between policy makers, regulators, industry leaders, representatives of civil society and academics on current themes that matter for financial integration in Europe. It also marks the launch of the annual European Financial Stability and Integration Review, the flagship publication prepared by the Commission services, and the bi-annual report Financial Integration and Structure in the Euro Area prepared by the ECB.

Shot on 200mm at 1/60 using a tripod as a monopod. Less than two weeks from now, BasL and I will be the photographers at a mutual friend's wedding, the ceremony of which will be in a very small church where there's not enough room for both people and light. Happy with the sharpness of this shot. Gives confidence.

Transformers Armada Optimus Prime is something I've been wanting to try and build with Lego since late 2017/early 2018. Back then, the available parts at the time meant that building it up to my standards of articulation with reasonable stability would have been borderline impossible. So I ended up shelving the project for several years while I practiced building other things. This was BEFORE it was announced that a new Armada Prime Transformer toy was in the works.
Fast forward to last year, 2022. Lego started producing new ratchet joint parts that were more compact of multiple sizes. Combined with the re-emergence of Armada Transformer toys, I was re-inspired, and knew my time was now to get this project done. I'd had a lot of time to think about it, so I started tinkering with the build, this time fully intent on finishing the project.
I have a tendency to be a perfectionist, which causes me to over-stress over the details. I wanted it ALL out of this Lego MOC: A fully functional Armada Optimus Prime figure with truck cab and trailer, cab robot and and base mode, and most importantly the super mode combination. All with the most articulation I could manage, with all necessary features, accessories, and even both Minicons! The only thing I wasn't worried about was the motorized gimmicks lol, because as cool as the original leader class toy was, I still wished it had knees.
Thank the Lord Jesus, after a year of building, and the last month preparing a video to showcase it (a kind that I had never done before, plus I hate the sound of my own voice lol), it is FINALLY DONE. The project is now complete!
The Armada version of Optimus Prime is a bit obscure these days, but the original deluxe-class figure was my first ever Transformer, and I have fond memories of it, so I'll never forget it. I hope that those who recognize it will like this Lego version! I'm glad to have finally gotten it done.
Keys to safeguarding macrofinancial stability and sustainable growth in Asia and the Pacific amid global challenges were explored during a forum organized by ADBI and the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO) in Kanazawa, Japan, and online on 5 December 2023.
This photo was taken in May 2011. I took it with my Nikon D3100 Camera using a 55 mm lens. I used another computer program to add the different effects.

Advancing women’s empowerment contributes to national stability, says DSRSG Walpole at International Women’s Day celebration
Baghdad, 07 March 2019 – International Women’s Day was celebrated today at an event organized by the Directorate for the Empowerment of Iraqi Women at the Council of Ministers.
The event, which was supported by UN Women and the International Medical Corps, was attended by senior Iraqi government officials, including the two Deputy Speakers of the Council of Representatives, human rights activists, civil society representatives, the international community and many others.
Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General (DSRSG) Alice Walpole addressed the meeting, along with Dr. Mahdi Al-Allaq, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, who represented the Prime Minister; Dr. Thikra Alwash, Mayor of Baghdad and Chair of the Standing Committee on the Advancement of Women; UN Women’s Representative, Ms. Dina Zorba and UNFPA Representative, Dr. Oluremi Sogunro; as well as the Director-General of the Directorate for the Empowerment of Iraqi Women, Dr. Ibtisam Aziz.
In her remarks, DSRSG Walpole welcomed the upcoming discussions in Parliament on updating the Anti-Domestic Violence Law. “We need to acknowledge that domestic violence diminishes and shames all of society; it is a threat not just to women but to society itself,” she emphasised.
Reflecting on the challenges facing displaced women across Iraq, DSRSG Walpole noted that “They continue to suffer the brutal consequences of the recent conflict”.
“Female-headed households should be prioritised in accessing public services,” she said, and called on the Ministries of Defence and Interior, and the National Operations Command, to “to ensure that secure clearance mechanisms are coordinated among security actors to minimize re-screening of individuals already screened; and to consider removing security clearance requirements for civilians who have not been charged with a criminal or terrorism-related offence, so they do not face obstacles in accessing public services, including civil registries and courts”.
DSRSG Walpole also noted the high unemployment rate amongst young women, which is double that of men. She called on the government to “offer small business grants to female entrepreneurs to help them into the business arena, in particular to women returnees in the liberated areas, and those heading households”.
“Advancing women’s economic empowerment in this way will contribute to the government’s efforts to achieve national stability,” she noted.

Boston, MA. March 7, 2025.
More than 500 hundred people rallied in the Boston Common near the State House to mobilize action against the cuts to science under the Trump administration. Participants protested the Trump administration’s funding cuts to scientific research, layoffs at federal science agencies, and censorship that they say imperils medical progress, innovation and economic stability. The cuts disproportionately affect Massachusetts, which receives more funding per capita from the National Institutes of Health, than any other state. In the last fiscal year, Massachusetts took in $3.5 billion that supported more than 5,783 projects, including finding drugs to treat Alzheimer’s disease, slow antibiotic resistance, and fight childhood cancer. Protesters voiced concerns about cuts to everything from cancer research to vaccine availability. The protest is taking place in Washington, D.C., as well as state capitals nationwide. It was inspired by the 2017 March for Science, when millions of marchers worldwide took to the streets to protest the first Trump administration’s policies that were viewed as hostile to science.

No ABS. No traction control. No stability control. Airbag? Nope.
The Sagaris was the last of a long line of boldly styled and stubbornly un-modernised British sports cars made by independent outfit TVR. Equipped with a 412 PS 4,0-litre six cylinder engine, the Sagaris certainly had the power to match its outrageous stance. Unfortunately, changes in ownership left the company in administration by the end of 2006 with production rumoured to re-start in 2019.

Every time I see a new patient for low back pain (which is often, being a chiropractor and all), I always ask them what they are doing for core stability exercises. When they inevitably show me exercises such as Supermans or sit-ups, flattening their backs and sucking in their abs to try and activate their TRANVERSE ABDOMINIS (which is a near impossibility and a total myth), I know there is a lot of work to do. I first regretfully inform them that despite their best efforts, what they are doing is probably making their problem worse and putting themselves in a more unstable position.
