Easter daisy (Townsendia hookeri) blooming in a warm microsite on shale just north of Boulder Colorado. This species is one of the first native plants to bloom in the spring- this patch was just a few days early of the calendar start to the season.
I came across this scene today. It fascinated me, but I did not know why. I still don't. It is Spring, and the lost glove points back to Winter. I guess, the scene is talking to me, about expectations and about loss. A lost Spring.

Cinnamon Bay
I know...it's just a Robin; but it's the first one we've had in our yard! And this bird is a sure sign that Spring is just around the corner now. It was so nice to wake up and hear the singing of our Spring time friend Robby.
Freezing cold, only 2C and windy, and spring flowers, green grass and snow 😁😊
Everything is quite normal, this happens more or less every year 😅
