Split Personality: AS Coursework.
I am addressing issues for A-level coursework and the first issue I am exploring is Mental Health.
Experimentation - making use of the 3 way mirror in the bathroom
Taken with an iPhone 3GS using Hipstamatic - Jimmy Lens, Ina's Film. Then re-processed in CameraBag - Magazine and then ColorCross for extreme painting like effect
Once the gallery closed on our opening night, Nicole and I sat out in the laneway discussing how the night went and I took this photo, looking through the doors of the gallery.

After another "different" style portrait of my eldest son for his 14th Birthday. I like this as it reflects the typical teenager who has several personalities in one body :)
She thinks she's a guitar hero. This didn't turn out half as good as I had planned... but it was a good learning experience. Maybe I'll try again in a month or two.
I couldn't help thinking of Bonzo Dog Band's "My Pink Half of the Drainpipe," even though there's not a two-toned drainpipe marking the divide between the halves of this duplex.

In my freshman year, I read a book called "True-Faced." It encourages you to take off your mask and show the real side of you. But I often feel that there are two (or more) sides of me. Sometimes I'm not sure which side is real. Or sometime, a side of me comes out that I didn't even know it existed.
The scene was taken in the Green Lake retreat center in Wisconsin. Without a storyline to begin with, I decided to make a short suspense film. Then the poem came to me when I finished editing.
