"Sanderling Party Splashes" by Patti Deters. A small flock of five Sanderlings (Actitis macularus) is enjoying a refreshing group bath in shallow coastal waters, with droplets splashing around them. These cute little sandpiper shorebirds were seen bathing near the beach in the town of Rockport, Texas, USA. Using Splash Art kit, single drop, duplicated to creative a very interested pose.

Still having problems with my images / graphics etc, so I uploaded last night's photography class project from a friend's PC.

We tried dropping marbles / ball bearings etc into water / milk / and finally tinned evaporated milk, the best combination for us all on the night was the plastic heart charm and evaporated milk.

Had a lot of fun at a photographers meeting last night--experiencing new things. So much fun and stress relieving.

i thought I'd give you all a splash of spring while it's so cold out :) stay warm. .. it's not even winter yet! My 6y old said in the car today... "i don't even remember summer anymore." Lol awww
