So after waiting in a long line during "Magic Hour". We were near the end when this happened! Soon after this we were escorted out and behind the ride. We were told not to take pictures. It wasn't much anyways just a backlot with some logs out for I guess repairs. After that we were told sorry and to have a good night. Seriously? No fast passes or anything! As we left Big Thunder Mountain Railroad was also closed for issues. So much for that magic hour. This isn't the first time I have stayed extended hours only to have one of the rides down for the night.
Splash of orange on yellow. Cymbidium orchid center macro. That's the pollen cap, not many Cymbidiums become pollinated by insects.

Splash Mountain opened July 17, 1992, and the Official Dedication was held October 2, 1992.
More than 65 Audio-Animatronics fill the attraction, which also has one of the largest animated props in the finale. The Showboat is 36 feet wide and 22 feet high, and rocks back and forth as a cast of 12 audio-animatronics sing and dance to "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah."

The kids loved banyans, swimming in the sea, fishing, throwing water over their dad etc. The adults tended to set up camp, organise the barbecue, and later laze around with a beer or two.
The air temperature was usually around 30°C, cooling down to 25°C at night. The sea temperature was also 25°C.
