In restless dreams I walked alone

Narrow streets of cobblestone

'Neath the halo of a street lamp

I turn my collar to the cold and damp

When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of a neon light

That split the night

And touched the sound of silence

And in the naked light I saw

Ten thousand people maybe more

People talking without speaking

People hearing without listening

People writing songs that voices never shared

No one dared

Disturb the sound of silence

Sound healing is an effective approach that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace, well being, and overall better health.

... if a group of older Methodists get together and start singing hymns and it's recorded, you may want to turn your sound way down or even off when listening.

Shot a couple of weeks back while playing some jazz/funk Saxophone with the band 'Transmission'. Captured in Leichhardt, Sydney.

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105

The lake ice is singing in this cold weather. I wish you could hear it.

Milford Sound is actually a fiord, having been carved by a glacier.

Like the rest of Fiordland, Milford Sound receives a lot of rain (7 metres annually apparently). When we heard the forecast for the time we planned to visit, we almost changed our minds.

Luckily the owner of the caravan park told us that it was probably best to see Milford Sound in the rain.

So off we went. The day we arrived the weather was overcast but mostly dry.

We decided to go onto a overnight cruise.

It started raining at night and in the morning the place was alive! Unbelievable experience!!!

I found it a real challenge to photograph (constantly wiping the lens to get rid of drops) in the pouring rain and light conditions.

Anyway, I hope that you will be able to imagine what it was like from my pictures.

What I can say, this place, in the rain, nature at her spectacular best!!!!

Thanks for looking

Norbert

The Sounds live at Electric Ballroom. This show was nice and pumped, was nicer hearing the set after their latest sophomore album, Crossing The Rubicon was out. The highlight was most likely when they brought up a dude on stage to play the cowbell but he was all kinds of horrific in terms of whacking the thing in beat, I think he was a bit too excited ^_^. Lots of posing, jumping and dancing on stage.

So as you can probably tell by this photo, I have finals coming up very soon!

Finals are a terrible, stressful time for all teens that struggle with studying, aka me. I absolutely suck at studying and this photo just represents what finals mean to every single teen.

Also I have a small announcement! I'm going to chop all my hair off! Lol it sounds worse than it is but I've decided to cut my hair just a little above my shoulders and I've never been more excited. I'm going to have to take millions of photos with my long hair before I cut it all off! But the reason for cutting it is because of dumb split and dry ends, so I decided to help out my hair but cutting it haha.

Doesn't say Police or anything but has that appearance. No King County Sheriff references, just ST decal on door
