Seen in Munich, SIEMENS Headquarters Courtyard.
Shot with Sony A7 Mii and the Meyer-Optik-Görlitz Trioplan 2.8/100 neo at F=2.8.
After a six-year project period, including three years of construction work, the new Siemens headquarters building in Munich opened its doors on June 24, 2016. With about 45,000 square meters of aboveground floor space, the company has created a modern, inspiring work environment for about 1,200 employees. Environmental friendliness and energy efficiency play a key role here: the new building meets the world's highest sustainability standards. In 2010, Siemens and the city of Munich officially announced the launch of this innovative construction project and organized an architectural competition. The winning design, which was developed by the Danish architectural firm Henning Larsen Architects, skillfully combined tradition with the future. The historic Ludwig Ferdinand Palais and its adjacent building were renovated and seamlessly integrated into the new cutting-edge headquarters. Ever since the building opened in the summer of 2016, its ground floor and inner courtyards – with trees, a café, a restaurant and a water feature – have been publicly accessible. The new Siemens passageway creates a pedestrian corridor enabling Munich residents and visitors to stroll between the Bavarian capital's historic center and its museum district. The project was implemented by Siemens Real Estate, which is a leading corporate real estate company and is responsible for all of Siemens' real estate activities.

I visited the "Pinakothek der Moderne" some Days and took several Fotos of a wonderful Glass Arts Exhibition called:
Murano. Milano. Venezia. Glass
Pinakothek der Moderne
08.08.2016 ‐ 20.11.2016
The Items exhibited are of most impressive Beauty and I do hope that my Series is able to transfer this Flow of Beauty to my Flickr Friends. More Fotos to follow during the next weeks on a non-regular Basis. I did use the Sony Alpha A7 Mark 2 with the following Lenses:
Leitz/Leica SUMMILUX 1.4/50mm
Leitz/Leica SUMMILUX 1.4/75mm
Leitz/Leica ELMARIT 2.8/135mm
All handheld, no Tripod, manual Focus.
Some more Info regarding the Exhibition:
The international exhibitions held at the Triennale di Milano and the Biennale di Venezia are barometers of the most significant developments in twentieth century contemporary design and art. It is therefore no coincidence that Murano glass regularly attracts awards at both Milan and Venice. Having resurrected a range of centuries-old techniques, glassmakers such as A.V.E.M, Archimede Seguso, Barovier & Toso, and Venini learned to apply this knowledge in new and ingenious ways. Their work is a synthesis of the master glassmakers’ craftsmanship and the designers’ artistry. The objects they create attest to a successful renaissance of glass design that continues to the present day.
Displaying a selection of objects from the Holz Collection in Berlin, one of the most important private collections of 20th and 21st century Murano glass anywhere in the world, this is the first comprehensive exhibition of glassware that continues to set new standards in Milan and Venice.

The red squirrel has a typical head-and-body length of 19 to 23 cm (7.5 to 9 in), a tail length of 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 in), and a mass of 250 to 340 g (8.8 to 12.0 oz). Males and females are the same size. The red squirrel is somewhat smaller than the eastern grey squirrel which has a head-and-body length of 25 to 30 cm (10 to 12 in) and weighs between 400 and 800 g (14 oz and 1 lb 12 oz).
The long tail helps the squirrel to balance and steer when jumping from tree to tree and running along branches and may keep the animal warm during sleep

Further information you´ll find here:
Troll-like trees
Here are coastal cliffs with crooked beech trees stretching their troll-like limbs towards Kalø Vig...The name Troldeskoven, which literally means the Troll Forest, was given its name because of the shapes of the trees...The trees in Troldeskoven is a remarkable sight, which is cause by the origin of the beech but also due to the condition in which they have grown. ..Each of trees typically has more stems, some will even have 20-23 stems. When they have been cut down, new shoot will grow from both the stub and root, which will eventually become new stems. Therefore, these beeches can be cut down more times, as they will grow yet again.
Look what´s reaching out of her mouth :)

Gonepteryx rhamni (known as the common brimstone) is a butterfly of the family Pieridae. It lives throughout the Palearctic zone and is commonly found across Europe, Asia, and North Africa. Across much of its range, it is the only species of its genus, and is therefore simply known locally as the brimstone.
The brimstone relies on two species of buckthorn plants as host plants for its larvae; this influences its geographic range and distribution, as these plants are commonly found in wetlands. The adult brimstone travels to woodland areas to spend seven months overwintering. In spring when their host plants have developed, they return to the wetlands to breed and lay eggs
