I am rushing as I have a hairdressers appointment. It was for yesterday but I forgot...Luckily my hairdresser is also my friend so she just rang and asked where I was. “Drinking a cuppa I replied why” happily we just arranged for my appointment to be today instead.
It looks like I had a play with this but whatever I did, It's not a texture filter because I don't use branded filters any more but save my own. This appears to have had a softening lemon yellow colour added as the rest in this series have bubble bokeh white highlights but its not a vintage lens shot. A Tamron zoom was used @75mm....more haste less speed as they say and I shall be late...:)

The European goldfinch or simply goldfinch (Carduelis carduelis), is a small passerine bird in the finch family that is native to Europe, North Africa and western Asia. It has been introduced to other areas including Australia, New Zealand and Uruguay.
The breeding male has a red face and a black-and-white head. The back and flanks are buff or chestnut brown. The black wings have a broad yellow bar. The tail is black and the rump is white. Males and females are very similar, but females have a slightly smaller red area on the face.

The previous shot is actually a bit of an in-joke for a friend but I thought "why not ?" I hoped the tags would show how a studio type shot could be taken on a fairly low budget.

These leaves were taken using the CZ Jena Pancolar at Trengwainton Gardens Penzance and never reached Flickr. After the previous busy bokeh of the Helios I thought I would show what smooth bokeh a vintage lens had to offer offer shot wide open....
Finding and capturing sunrays is like a drug for me. When the sun comes out i instantly grab my camera... Of course if the time allows it :)
