I was supposed to take a picture with a FONZ camera of a brick in the Panda House that had someone's name on it. There were so many bricks with names on them and the minute I walked in Tai came in and started eating, so of course 100 people ran inside. I'm trying to stare at the floor while being rammed with strollers! I gave up and started taking pictures of Tai Shan. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em! The camera wasn't great quality but Tai looks so cute!

Portland, Oregon

Image from a two day street photography workshop with Steve Anchell that Larry Scher and I attended in Portland over this last weekend. Larry had flown into Eugene the previous Sunday and we spent every day taking different road-trips around the area. Drove up Friday towards Portland, saw the Frank Lloyd Wright house we didn't know was in Silverton. After the Friday evening meeting with Steve. we walked to the Pizza Kat for some great pizza slices and a few night snaps. Saturday was very busy with lots of walking and shooting starting at the Portland Farmers Market at PSU, and we finished up with dinner at Jake's Famous Crawfish and a good walk back to the hotel. Sunday morning was spent shooting at the 28th Providence Bridge Pedal where bicycle riders can go across seven different Portland bridges. It was a great weekend to go with a wonderful week spent with an old friend. Now I just have to sort through a whole bunch of photos.
