Found Agfacolor slide in pre-1970s style thick plastic mount showing a modern low building. A school perhaps? Google Image Search doesn't recognise it, but perhaps somebody does.

Found Agfacolor slide in thin mount showing a woman with a dog. This looks like the same dog as in Found Slide - 1717.
The main path coming down from the entrance here splits in two: to the left the path leads to the composting area and to the right the path heads down to the greenhouse and shadehouse at the bottom of the land.

Picture #5. Here is the beginning of the story.
1984. You can see the road that we were trying to follow. Sharp corner on the switch back. It was probably now about 35 C and dry on that face of the hill / mountain. We had no food or water. The day before we hiked about 10 to 20 km in the afternoon. Next morning with just a bowl of cereal, we unknowingly started this adventure. Over the next big hill and down was Brewer Creek. I hiked the 3 km round trip of very hilly terrain to the creek to get water, only to be thirsty again when I got back. I've NEVER had to leave a vehicle stuck in the bush before, but, we'll have to bail for today with the car overheated and us dehydrated and starving. Now hike the 14 km to the Westside road so we can hitchhike back to invermere, which was another 20 km or so...........................
Found Kodachrome, slide date not legible, manually labelled "The Family at Milford". I am guessing that this is Doreen's partner, and Doreen's sister.

Image Description:
Slide rules were common tools for engineering students at Cal Poly. On February 17, 1961, El Mustang announced a lecture by John Gascoyne of C.F. Braun Corporation on programming for the Bendix G-150, which would “impress upon the engineering students the fact that to be able to program a digital high speed computer is a requirement for getting ahead in the engineering world...slide rules, desk calculators and adding machines are no longer the tools of the trade.”

Found 126-format Kodachrome slide dated September 1967 showing three people sat on chairs on a lawn outside a large house. This seems to be the same place as THIS PICTURE which is from the same batch.
