Fuji Sensia 100, to be exact. Completely unedited. The notes show the digital versions; since April 2009 I've usually carried a Minolta Dynax 700si loaded with slide film alongside my DSLR, though I use it more sparingly than digital, limiting it to the better shots.
Found Kodachrome slide dated October 1980. This appears to be from the same batch as the previous ones which were identifiable as the Isle of Wight so it is reasonable to assume that this was also taken on the Island. It shows a hovercraft launching. The Isle of Wight has a long history of association with the hovercraft industry.

Doesn’t this remind you of an athlete sliding to make the play? I wish I had the dexterity of a dog. Nikki loved the snow today - even cuddling up to a snowbank haha. Did you get out and play in the snow today?

Our photo group in Wigginton in the 1980's was asked to do a fashion shoot for one of the lecturers. Sadly this is the only one that survives as I 'lent' them to the lecturer and never saw them again. This was Julie, who had the most amazing auburn hair.
The Slide of Death at one of the riverside bars near Vang Vieng, Laos. Apparently, people have died from coming down this slide.
In order to finalize and implement the preferred alternative of the FMP, Commission action is necessary. Toward this end, staff recommends the Commission send a letter to NPS reaffirming FWC’s concurrence with the management measures proposed under the FMP preferred alternative (Alt 4) and confirming FWC’s intent to proceed with its rulemaking process for the preferred alternative management measures, in an effort to achieve BNP’s goals of increasing the abundance and average size of targeted fish and invertebrate species in the park by at least 20%.
This action is needed because the NPS has informed BNP that it cannot finalize the FMP without FWC concurrence.

During World War II the San Francisco Bay Area has been described as “a giant cannon aimed at the Pacific.” These concrete bunkers along Devil’s Slide (south of Pacifica along Highway 1) are all that remains of a long-retired guard to the western United States.
Took a little different approach to processing this one. I am still playing with different teqniques, although i like the regular photo look best.
There was a ice covered hill and a cafeteria tray at the top so angelo and I took turns sliding down. It was good times, although my butt hurts now.

I don't think I've ever captured the essence of a slide tackle quite as well as I did here. I can't remember either of the kids involved, but it's another of my favorite photos.
