Watermelon is in season! This is a slice of watermelon from one that came from a local farmer's market. I believe it was grown in Cordele, GA. It was extremely juicy and tasty, which is something that hasn't been the case the last few years I've had one. I love the look of the dark black seeds against the bright red color.
Awesome cloud formations off the coast of California lately. Quite a bit of rain and hail has been dumped, but it's a small price to pay for the desert blooms that the moisture will provide in a few weeks.
Better bigger.

Part of my "Operation: Spruce Up" project for the house. My oldest son said the circle of geese looked like "a slicer" so that's what I'm calling it.
