This angled manual pad provides skaters both speed and the opportunity to do a trick as they approach the quarter-pipe.
By linking tricks in a "combo", skaters are challenged to master even small spots like this skatepark.
Hayward, California is now home to one of Spohn Ranch's newest concrete skate spots. At just over 5,000 square feet, this skate spot will serve as avaluable facility for Northern California's passionate skateboarding scene. This unique spot was built through a combination of precision-cast sculptural features and traditional cast-on-site construction. Stay tuned for updates as final construction wraps up!

Mihailo fixing the benk at Gazela spot. As i was searching for a some old photo on my hdd i stumbled on to this one, so i uploaded it here. i like it. i can see the dedication in his eyes ;)

This is what's on the other side of the DIY quarter in the previous photos. Pretty scary awesome.
From the deck above the quarter-pipe, a rider can choose from many obstacles.
One local skater's favorite run is down the quarter-pipe, ollie up to the manual pad, over the euro-gap to a grind trick on the stainless-steel edged SpohnCrete bench.

A unique little skate spot in Silver Spring's Woodside Park. With a handful of skateable elements, this skate spot will become an integral part of Montgomery County's skatepark system.
Here precision-cast concrete features are placed on concrete footers. In the following days, concrete flat-work will be poured around these pieces - locking them in place and creating a seamless finish.

Karlo skateboarding is a rare sight but whan you do see him its a pleasure for your eyes. His style, enormous pop and speed are fenomenal. Enjoy this massive ollie and tweek forward for a niiiiice style ;) i see you reckognize orange barrier :D
A view from the top of the transition section, looking back at the mini-plaza. This design is spaced perfectly to give riders going either way enough speed to attempt tricks on the manual pad, quarter-pipes or rail.
i apologise for the low quality but they are scans of photocopies ha ha.
