Location: 800 E. City Hall Ave. Downtown Norfolk

 

Description: Banks outside of the Norfolk Juvenile & Domestic Courthouse. Bank gets taller as you go down the hill, with plastic benches all down to right side.

 

Bust Factor: High - It's a courthouse.

Location: 739 Princess Anne Rd. Norfolk.

 

Description: Steep pole jam. Must make approach from a busy street.

 

Bust Factor: Low - Beware of pedestrians and cars. Business owners may complain, but it is rare.

Location: Mills Godwin Building, ODU

 

Description: 6 stair and rail. Rail is at perfect height and flat, stairs and landing are in good condition. Concrete ledges extend from the stairs at knee height.

 

Bust Factor: Medium/High - Again, ODU cops are fast to roll up.

Location: 555 E. Main St. Downtown Norfolk.

 

Description: 5-flat-5 stair set with small rails on either side. Smooth rolling, good distance between sets on the flat.

 

Bust Factor: High - Will either get kicked out or hassled by cops within 20 minutes.

Location: ODU Engineering Building

 

Description: 3-flat-3 stair set. Fun set up with smooth brick and concrete.

 

Bust Factor: Low/Medium - Watch out for pedestrians, bicycles, and golf carts. One of the better spots at ODU, as they don't kick you out as much here.

Location: E. Main St. Norfolk.

 

Description: Parking garage gap into the street.

 

Bust Factor: High - Better chance of good sessions on weekends, but still likely to get kicked out or worse.

Location: 4301 Powhatan Ave. Lamberts Point Golf Course

 

Description: Several manual pads in the parking lot. Excellent night spot, lots to skate, plus the golf cart paths make for fun hill bombs. Bathrooms have exterior water fountains that are always on

 

Bust Factor: Low - Go at night with a group and bomb the hills of the golf course or chill in the parking lot. Great spot with lots of potential.

A front view of the Dalles Skatepark in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. While the park is small and budget-friendly, several users can skate at the same time. This park serves many local skaters who would normally have to drive to the nearest skatepark.

Location: ODU Library Parking Lot

 

Description: Double manual pads in the parking lot. Best at night or after 4pm when there isn't as much traffic.

 

Bust Factor: Low/Medium - Depending on how busy the parking lot is, usually you won't get kicked out.

Location: Harbor Park, Downtown Norfolk.

 

Description: 4 low planter ledges over grass gap. Wide and slide well. Great spot.

 

Bust Factor: Low - High bust on weekdays, but on weekends no one is there, especially sundays.

Location: Bolling ave & Studeley Ave, ODU

 

Description: Oversize 3 stair from sidewalk into street. Awesome spot, especially with a portable flatbar. Neighborhood spot with houses all around. Good at night too.

 

Bust Factor: Low - Home owners may complain about the noise, but cops are rare. watch out for traffic and joggers.

Location: Scope Arena, Downtown Norfolk.

 

Description: Around the fountain is good quality concrete for manuals or grinds. Area has smooth benches, good brick, and several stair sets. Underground in the parking garage there are more spots as well.

 

Bust Factor: Medium/High - High on weekdays, but weekends are easier. Inside the garage there is constant security.

Location: 4251 Powhatan Ave. ODU

 

Description: Brand new spot, concrete not chunked out yet. 2 stair with waist high ledges extending from both sides. Waxed ledges with smooth roll-away.

 

Bust Factor: Medium/Low - ODU building, so they may kick you out. No one is there on weekends though.

Location: Powhatan Ave., Owens House Building.

 

Description: Several brick banks, benches, and flat gaps. Awesome night spot with potential.

 

Bust Factor: Low - Tenants are college students and don't care about noise. ODU cops don't patrol here often either.

This is our san francisco skate spot. We used to call this spot SF since 1992. Younger crew sitting and waiting for something to happen.Square and monument of Nikola Pasic.

A closer view of the sculpture garden. Once the rest of the flatwork is poured, the pieces will join the sidewalk seamlessly -- seeming to flow in and out of the ground. The result will be both visually stunning and totally skateable. The skaters will add to the enjoyment with their thrilling acrobatic tricks.

They misset the tram;) Hey they even missed entire steet. Love this shot as we were scouting for some new sk8 spots.
