This piece is Spohn Ranch's reimagining of a traditional slanted Barcelona Wall. Providing different approaches from each side, this piece features a gently concave slope leading to a pyramid corner. This amazing custom pieces was created for the SpohnCrete pre-cast concrete system. More pieces like this are being built everyday! Custom bowls with spines, tear-drops, over-vert and waterfalls are among the complex design features available.
Taking this approach, the skater could grind up the spine, wall ride, ollie up to a board slide or many other moves. Simple concrete street pieces like this can be used by both basic and advanced skaters.
This humps will serve both provide trick opportunities and let riders gain speed while traveling down the path.

A unique little skate spot in Silver Spring's Woodside Park. With a handful of skateable elements, this skate spot will become an integral part of Montgomery County's skatepark system.
Here precision-cast concrete features are placed on concrete footers. In the following days, concrete flat-work will be poured around these pieces - locking them in place and creating a seamless finish.

At just over 5,000 square feet, this skate spot will serve as avaluable facility for Northern California's passionate skateboarding scene. This unique spot was built through a combination of precision-cast sculptural features and traditional cast-on-site construction. Stay tuned for updates as final construction wraps up!
This long view shows the massive size and artful lay-out of the skateable art pieces by Spohn Ranch Skateparks. Because the skateable art pieces are all concrete, with no approach plates, the noise generated by skating will be minimum. This allows for skateable art installations in residential areas.

Dalton, Georgia's new concrete skatepark is moving forward. With construction and design services provided by Spohn Ranch, the park will be complete in the next few months.
