At Disposal Rd. Meadowlands, a pollution device that's burns the Methane gas the old dump creates a flame that's almost invisible but pretty large. I know from the past that it burns birds at times...really no way to prevent...Today I watched this Kestrel go through it and stumble a bit, but made it ...if you look at his right wing you can see where it was singed ... Seems ok

This guy was sitting in the audience. He was passed the microphone and requested to sing. He had a great voice and was also very charismatic and had everyone spellbound. He got right into the mood. Great act.
As long as I can remember I have wanted an old Singer sewing machine. The dream came true a few months ago. Oh joy!

There was great atmosphere inside the central henge at Thornborough for the 2014 Beltane celebrations. The Beltane Rite appeared to attract a good number of active celebrants. The opening to the quarters gave way to a procession from the South bringing fire into the circle. The dancing and drumming was superb. The over cast skies echoed back the sound of those gathered there in the round to celebrate at this monumental site an echo of a seemingly much older rite and to set in place with this rendition a fresh chapter of a new vibrant tradition.
