The German singer whose playlist was entirely made up of English songs. Me and Ad were like the groupies bopping around as we knew them all , everyone else (who we assume were all Germans) just sat around.
Imagine going to an English Campsite and the English singer getting up on stage and singing the whole set in German!

Chy-Kyria, voor sommige nog bekend van X Factor, is nu begonnen met haar eigen jamsessies:
The Sing It Out Sessions!
Tijdens deze sessie zal zij u kennis laten maken met haar liefde voor muziek. Jazzy soulnummers met een lekkere Gospel twist, begeleidt door een live band en ondersteund door een 6-koppig achtergrond koortje.
Tijdens deze editie zal zij tevens voor het eerst haar nummer Sing It Out ten gehore brengen (hier is de sessie dus ook naar vernoemd).
Optredens van gastartiesten als Chaka Laisina, Rodney Meye, Dwight Dissels en haar moeder Ethel Mezas zal The Sing It Out Sessions op 17 juli een groot succes maken en een heerlijke luister maar zeker ook meezing avond!
Naast een gezellige muzikale avond willen wij ook even stilstaan bij de mensen die het minder hebben. Vandaar dat een gedeelte van de opbrengst van de avond zal gaan naar Stichting SPEELGOEDHART. Rick Nuis (initiatiefnemer) zamelt geld in om kinderen in Indonesie te ondersteunen met scholing. Deze organisatie staat voor duidelijke, eenvoudige, overzichtelijke, kleinschalige projecten, die binnen 3-4 weken kunnen worden gerealiseerd. Projecten, waarbij de verantwoordelijkheid bij de lokale bevolking wordt gelegd. Eén van de volgende projecten is het openen van een Speel-o-theek. Er is die avond dan ook de gelegenheid oud speelgoed te doneren.
De entreeprijs is €7,50, vvk €5,00.

Hayseed Dixie was formed in the summer of 2000 on the front porch of a cabin in the Appalachian Mountains of East Tennessee, when after drinking enough whiskey to float a battleship across the Sahara Desert, it became suddenly obvious to the boys that the "Lost Highway" of Hank Williams and the "Highway To Hell" of AC/DC were the same damned road. The rest of the world first got a taste of the boys on April 17, 2001 with the release of their first album, titled "A Hillbilly Tribute To AC/DC".
The band has since gone on to record 9 further albums containing both original songs and reinterpretations of previously known works, albeit in their own inimitable style. Having sold over half a million albums worldwide and having played nearly 1,000 live shows on every continent except Antarctica, Hayseed Dixie are acknowledged as the creators of the musical genre "Rockgrass."
