Este coche ha sido una completa sorpresa, como el año pasado lo fué el Cadillac Eldorado de 1958, porque no es el tipo de coche que va a la principal concentración de hot rods del estado de Nueva York, sucursal de la mayor organización de hot rods del mundo. Singer era una marca inglesa que dejó de existir como tal en el año 1955 pero cuyo nombre fué usado por años por Rootes que luego pasó a formar parte de Chrysler Europa. Pero los Singer de Rootes no eran verdaderos Singer sino versiones de sus propios coches. Este coche en particular ganó en el año 2007 el premio del Salón Internacional del Automóvil de Montreal. Su propietario lo condujo por unas 8 horas en la lluvia el dÃa 25 para llegar a este evento. Espero os guste tanto como a mi.
This is an odd car at the Goodguys Eastern Nationals, a hot rod event. An English sports car is not the sort of thing you expect to find there. But this one is even more interesting. It is the winner of the Salon International de l'Automobile 2007 in Montreal, Canada. I hope you like it as much as I do.
Voici une "rara avis" dans le Goodguys Eastern National, une concentration des hot rods. Une sportive classique anglais n'est pas comune chez eux. Mais il y'a une autre chose d'interesant: c'est le vainqueur d'un prix au Salon International de l'Automobile a Montreal, 2007. Le propieteur et son ami ont fait environs 8 heures dans la pluie dans une voiture de 63 ans.

A folk/country singer busking around Yaletown in Vancouver, BC. She was great and had a beautiful voice. Her songs were great as well. She didn't mind me photographing and I tipped her for it. It's always nice seeing people like her playing in the cities, they add soul to it. Her music was also a welcome and relaxing break from all the crowds and sounds of the city.
This was the Host Singer/Drummers at the Nansemond Pow Wow. Two other groups are seated behind them. They were good, I love Native American Drum Music.

The Cardinal Singers were named best choir at the June 11-17 Yeosu International Choir Competition in Yeosu, South Korea, and went on to earn four gold awards, plus a top prize overall, at the June 19-23 International Hoi An Choir Competition in Vietnam.They arrived back at Louisville International Airport June 25.
