this is just the simulation schematic for the taillight. For simplicity, the voltage source is a 6vdc supply that is on for 60 seconds, and then turns off. Due the trouble of getting spice models from Cree (and other companies), I created a fairly decent model of the DC characteristics of the Cree XP-C red LED. At least, I based it on the limited data in the XP-C datasheet.
