All the Cormorants lined up for this shot. I did a bit of vignetting and processed in film simulation as I thought it conveyed the right feel of the scene. The shot was really about their striking profiles in silhouette. Shot taken at Ocean reef boat harbour.
Tomorrow I'm going to show you a surrealist film stock that produces truly fascinating colour effects. In the meantime this is what can be done with digital processing.

Used my last day in Lisbon to shoot directly in B&W—in this case, the Monochrome film simulation. Limestone streets and sidewalks, stylish locals dressed in white or B&W, made it a target-rich environment.

This is a combination of 49 images combined in GIMP as layers each with 5% opacity resulting in a final image that simulates what a long exposure with an ND filter would produce.

We are happy to see sakura the cherry blossoms and we dance to celebrate the spring season.
This is sakura dance performance seen at the First Cherry Blossoms Festival of Richmond held at Garry Point Park.
I have it in B&W since I think the B&W will accentuate the tones and let us focus on the dance pose and costume.

Ich habe eine Schwäche für Lampen und Laternen, die meisten wissen es.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hier habe ich die absolute Krönung erlebt.
Diese Lampe ist eine Extraanfertigung für genau dieses Geschäft. Das Licht wechselt ständig die Farben, von grün zu lila, rot und weiß. Immer schön sachte in fließenden Übergängen und simuliert so das Nordlicht wie es über den Himmel zieht.
Und........das tut sie vom feinsten, ich war total begeistert.
Woher ich das weiß, ich habe mich mit jemandem in diesem Geschäft unterhalten und er hat mir das so erzählt.
Es gibt auch ein Video, aber leider konnte ich das nicht hochladen, Flickr hat gesagt, nix da, das ist zu groß.
Kommt gut ins Wochenende..........................
