Simplicity 5795; ©1973; Young Junior/Teens' Unlined Jacket, Short Skirt and Pants: The top-stitched unlined jacket gathered at waistline has front button closing, notched collar, self fabric tie ends caught in side front seams and set-in sleeves gathered to armholes. V. 1 has long sleeves. V. 2 has short tucked sleeves. V. 1 pants have back zipper and waistband. V. 2 flared gored skirt has side zipper and waistband.

Simplicity 1803 - changed sleeves to shorter cap sleeves , overlocked (serged) the cap sleeve and then did bias binding for the rest of the armscye - just topstitched on the hem and lower armsyce. I wanted to avoid topstitching on the top of the sleeve.

Simplicity Pattern 7805 Vintage 60s Designer Fashion Coat Dress, dated 1967. This includes; The lined coat-dress with front button closing has an A-line skirt, empire waistline, collar, set-in sleeves, back pleat and belt with button trim. Double-breasted V. 1 & 2 have flaps. V. 1 has long sleeves and contrasting detachable collar. V. 2 & 3 have short sleeves. V. 3 has a welt and self fabric loop and button closing.

The band starting at the back of the neck all the way to the hem of the cardigan was twice as wide as you see it now. With this thick interlock knit, it was just staying flat and making the whole thing look stiff and boxy. So I turned it to the inside and made it a sort-of facing. I actually really like it because if the cardi flops open a bit you don't immediately see the wrong side of the fabric.

The men's apron V. 1 with self fabric neck band and tie ends has large pocket divided into three sections. Cobbler Apron V. 2 with lowered round neckline and back button closing has pocket divided in 3 sections, tie ends stitched in front tucks and rick-rack trim. Apron V. 3 with slightly lowered round neckline has patch pockets, deep cut-out armholes, braid binding trim and bows. V. 2 & 3 quilted potholder has briad binding and loop.

Back laps over front at shoulders fastening with buttons. A self fabric tie belt may be worn. V. 1 features a patch pocket and top-stitching trim. Self fabric bow accent slit openings in V. 2 dress.
