Simon Says Stamp Flickr group challenge is Flowers or Mother's Day. My card is uses one SSS set "Flower Friend". I used SSS Fog card for the stamping. The ink is Memento Blue Danube. It's hard to see but there is lots of Wink of Stella and gems.

The die is Dahlia Frame die from @simonsaysstamp. The background is made by using a stencil and translucent paste mixed with pink glitter on a pink cardstock. The background have been laying in my "background stash" for a long time! I'm trying to empty it, but I always seems to add to it... 😄

I made this card by watercolouring with distress inks for the background. I then used my cute Paper Smooches balloon dies along with some Simon Says Stamp mini hearts. The black enamel dots are also from SSS. I am really happy with the result!

Finally got around to playing with @simonsaysstamp May card kit. I used alcohol inks to create two panels, one in tones of green and the other multicolored, then stamped the leaves and flower and cut them out. For the background I used an oldie but goodie embossing folder from @sizzix. The sentiment is also from the kit. I'm entering this card in Simon's Flickr challenge. Have a good evening!

Stamped the "congratulations" using VersaMark watermark ink, applied gold embossing powder and heat set. Added some additional paper from the kit on the bottom. Thanks for taking a look...

A card just for fun. I used a Free set of stamps for the flower. It came with my Cardmaking and Papercrafting magazine. I stamped it with Grey ink onto some heavy watercolour paper. I used distress inks and an aqua brush to colour it in. The lace panel is two rows of die cut watercolour paper, cut with MFT Crochet edge, butted together with a strip of the pink card. The beautiful sentiment is from a Simon Says set, black embossed. The PP is some I had in my stash... not sure what make.

I can't see that 2021 will change my love of watercolouring, in particular, simple botanical focal points. So here's my first of what will likely be a few of this style of card throughout the year. I hope you'll call by to see the video.
