Made another card using the colour wheel for the ongoing SSSflickrchallenge#27

I masked and distressed the top of the card and made the front using a quilled flowers and vase. The sentiment is from the "happy" stamp set from Simon Says Stamp.

I'm definitely going through a floral phase at the moment! Here is a very quick card I created using the gorgeous Modern Rose Blooms Background stamp by Simon Says Stamp. I'm entering this into the current SSS Flickr Challenge - Mother's Day / Flowers.

Mixed-media - the term seemed quite frightening to me and brought to mind complex art journalling, and yet when I thought about it, I've been using a type of mixed-media for years. After all, the definition is "more than one medium used in creation". This card, uses ink blending, heat embossing, stencilling, and die-cutting and so does fit the definition!

Can't stop making cards with the beautiful Mint Wishes card kit!! This one uses the second word die set that comes in the kit and several papers. I trimmed out some of the florals from the scrap of paper that was left after I die cut it to embellish the sentiment strip a little more. My order from Ellen Hutson came today and one of the things I order was a Pretty Pink Posh sequin mix called Evergreen Sparkle. I used some of that on the card as well.

made this for this months Work it Wednesday at Simon Says Stamp. Shari put together a lovely fall color combo. I used my one and only Simon Says Stamp set, Autumn Blessings, along with the matching dies. The banner die is Avery Elle. Did some partial embossing at the top of the olive cardstock piece.

So I know Christmas is over but also this year we will have Christmas again right?

So this card is for the #sssflickrchallenge 167 ... the theme is “Winter Chill” and as it is snowing soooo much out here and I love snowflakes ... I had to use this amazing Shimmer Snowflake Wafer Die from @simonsaysstamp and die cut it from holographic paper 😍 I just love how shiny it is

For the background I used @concordand9th inks ... they are awesome ❤️

I used my favourite Simon Says Stamp set once again for this card - Fractile Leaves. Don't think I'll ever tire of it! SSS dies were also used for the circles and the sentiment. I'l entering this into the current SSS Flickr challenge - Thankful.
