If at first you don't succeed...make a pink background. I was trying out @jennifermcguire's technique for layering #distressoxide inks, my first color palette was too yellow and bright enough to light up a small city, plus I somehow misaligned the @concordand9th Flower Turnabout stamp, and everything ended up in the wrong place‍♀️. Trash that, deep breath, start over. I hardly ever do pink, but I like the final result paired with @simonsaysstamp Modern Rose Blooms. Birthday stamp also by Simon and border die by @crafterscompus. I'm entering this card in Simon's Wednesday and Flickr challenges.

I made this card for entery into SSS flickr challenge #71. My favorite technique is "simple one layer stamping", there's no coloring, no delicate die-cutting . It's easy and fast. I'm always fascinated by superb CAS cards using one-layer stamping technique, I don't(can't) make such great CAS cards though. I used "Best Mom Ever" Stamps set from Simon Says Stamp, and "super script" stamps set from Altenew

This card uses a Penny Black stamp covered in golden butterflies from the Simon Says Stamp 'Flickering Butterflies' die. I'm entering this into the current SSS Flickr challenge - anything goes.

this week's Watercooler Wednesday DT sample. Using a Simon Says Stamp stencil to create a watery background. My mermaid is a digi from Whimsy Stamps which has been coloured and fussy cut and added to the background.

The glittery goodness of Tim Holtz Rock Candy glitter is the perfect match for watercoloured and die-cut Simon Says Stamp rainbows!

For the SSS flickr challenge #3. Trimmed down a Prima tag and then using a stencil I made with a SSS die (Falling Hearts) I added some embossing paste. Once it dried I used some Distress ink in Festive Berries to highlight them. I then die cut the Fresh Daisies from green and red papers and added to the tag. The sentiment is also a SSS die cut with some shimmery brown card.

On a bit of an orange kick:>) I got this stamp set last fall and finally used it.
