celebrating national bike month!

My favorite technique right now is stamping and embossing images in white on watercolor paper and then adding color with Distress inks. I just love how the white pops and this makes the image shine. The butterflies are from Clearly Besotted and the die cut word sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp using a silver glitter paper.

I used the decorated cakes and the fancy cake die sets along with the layered confetti stencil, all from #simonsaysstamp. As much as I love to watercolour, I also love die cutting. They definitely make for quick cards.

For my sisters 40th Birthday using Tim Holtz Bird Crazy stamps and dies. Love being able to pop up the eyes and wings and I used an Action Wobble Spring behind the body.

The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn Milo's ABC's and banners from Papertrey Ink Hooray Stamp Set.
