missed out on the last simon says stamp flickr challenge so wanted to make sure I got something done for this one. coming down to the wire, though, lol! I used two SSS sets, Celebrate and Happy & Smile. I used Ranger Broken China and Salty Ocean distress inks for the inked background. Added the balloon string in grey ink. The large happy was stamped using Salty Ocean and the birthday in black. Some clear sequins finished things off. your comments are always appreciated....

Today, I have a spooky card with lots of layering - gesso, crackle paste, sprays, ink blending, splatter, glitter, pearls, sequins .... it's all on there!

Card for the Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge - anything goes. I used the SSS Stacked Hearts die across the card base.

Today I am playing with Tim Holtz Distress Inks to get a fabulous loose watercoloured stamped look. Continuing with my Inspired By mini-series, I was inspired by Stacy Hutchinson of Tattered Nest Designs. I am always blown away by Stacy's soft vintage style and so I grabbed my Distress Inks and dived in 😃

I'm really loving fish right now and I don't know why, but I'm just going to go with it! This card uses Simon Says Stamp's Waves Stencil, Best Fishes Stamps, and the matching dies.
