This is why I patronie the Nicollet Diner . . . it is also open 24/7/365, genuine clientele and great owners. I met both of the guys when they first opened. The place offers good value, great food, and terrific staff.
There aren't many places in MPLS or St. Paul that are opened 24/7 and since I am from Chicago, I find places open all hours are the basic necessities of urban living.. . . indeed, maybe life itself.
They do have a full bar in a separate back area . . . food is served there as well along with entertainment and Happy Hour.

The big sign at Coca-Cola Sweden in Jordbro. I have one or two photos of this sign in my stream. No one cared much about them, but then a company from the UK asked if they could buy one of the photos for 500 GBP. That sort of thing really should happen on a daily basis I think.
Seen in Cheshire on a recent trip with 'westernbasher' Actually taken from the passenger side window of his car whilst stuck in traffic!
I personally don't know if this is a beer or an ale, but I do know it's a very cool sign. I shot it behind the bar at the Hare and Hound Pub in Landrum, SC
A classic sign at a public sauna that's been operating in Marquette since 1926. I had my first sauna there and many of my Marquette friends remember regular family visits. Some more history here. second-street-sauna.com/about-the-sauna/. The business is now for sale.
This was taken at my company Big A just moments ago. The foreground is the old dirty glacier from the ice age we call winter here.
