Yaki Point, on the South Rim of Grand Canyon National Park can be reached by free Shuttle Bus only. The area is closed to private vehicles. Access is by park shuttle, on foot, or by bicycle. This location often provides a quiet place from which to enjoy sunset or sunrise. A restroom is located here.
Park at the Visitor Center, then from the shuttle bus terminal, take the Eastbound Kaibab Rim (Orange) Route. In approximately 6 minutes, the bus will arrive at South Kaibab Trailhead; the next stop is Yaki Point.
The Kaibab Rim (Orange) Route is a figure 8 loop that provides transport from the Visitor Center Shuttle Bus Terminal to South Kaibab Trailhead, Yaki Point, Pipe Creek Overlook, Mather Point, and Yavapai Geology Museum.
It is possible to begin a walk on the paved rim trail from Yavapai Geology Museum, Mather Point, Pipe Creek Vista, or the South Kaibab Trailhead, walk for a while, then catch the bus at any of these locations —for a ride back to your starting point.

First Leeds have now received their batch of eighteen ADL Enviro 400's following their first use on Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games shuttle bus duty while under the control of First Games Transport. The first two numerically in the batch, 33873 and 33874, are seen here on Broad Lane, Bramley while both working route 49.

33112 with a 4TC set had the exacting task of a shuttle service between Eastleigh station and Eastleigh works. The occasion was a Works open day, 05/09/1976.
33112 was put into traffic from BRCW 05/11/1960 as D6529, it became a 33/1 in July 1967. The loco was withdrawn 11/11/1988 and cut at Eastleigh depot by Coopers Metals 11/09/1992.

Marine based 886 was captured on Potterrow on Edinburgh’s Southside working the University of Edinburgh shuttle bus service between Bristo Square and King’s Buildings. This is only available to staff and students.
UPDATE : The Shuttle Service last ran in May 2019 at the end of the academic year 2018/9. The University of Edinburgh has cancelled the service.
Leyland 680 power outside Glasgow Central Station too, as an ex Lancaster City Council Leyland Leopard departs. I'm not sure if this 1977 model 'short bay' Y type was operating the inter-station shuttle, or was indeed on a 'Rail Replacement' service. The Clydeside bus bears all the hallmarks of a filthy winters day, combined with what appears to be evidence of frozen screen washers... by the hand wipe pattern.
