Last time I uploaded a picture of N656 CHF, it was revealed that it used to be used a trojan vehicle so had its windows replaced with Perspex and is now merely used as a shuttle bus for Stagecoach’s Gillmoss depot .
The bus I actually set out to get this time was BX04MXM, a Mercedes-Benz Citaro O530G 18M (Bendy Bus) bought from Arriva London (MA14) where their careers were short lived, now operating for Arriva Merseyside and has replaced the Wright Commanders on the 501 Liverpool South Parkway – Liverpool John Lennon Airport shuttle bus service.

A large scale shuttle bus operation was put in place for BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend 2026 at Herrington Country Park, Sunderland, with official travel partner Big Green Coach drafting in operators from across the North East and beyond to move thousands of festivalgoers across the weekend.
Shuttle services operated continuously between Heworth Metro Station, Park Lane Interchange and Durham Belmont Park & Ride to the event site from early morning until late evening.
The operation consisted of approximately:
• 30 vehicles from Go North East
• 25 vehicles from JH Coaches
• 15 vehicles from DM Motor Services
• 5 vehicles from Northstar
• 5 vehicles from City Transport / A&A Coach Travel
• 2 vehicles from Stanley Travel
• 2 vehicles from Shaws of Durham

Due to the reconstruction of the terminus loop in Diemen the trams of line 9 made a turn around at the reversing track at the Middenweg corner Voorlandpad. This single track facility was used from 16/03/2018 till 18/03/2018. The final destination of line 9 was displayed Brinkstraat during these three days (instead of Watergraafsmeer which used to be the destination for years till the early 1990's when line 9 had been exteneded to Diemen Sniep. A shuttlebus with line number 29 was organized to transport people from Brinkstraat to Diemen Sniep. Here the perfect circumstances, line 9 arrived at Brinkstraat followed directly by the bus.
Combino 2050 has been delivered to the GVB on 28/08/2005 and was first seen in service on 23/09/2005 on line 4.
