Rising early to find the sunlight streaming in, I was compelled to take out my camera and play in the sunshine..... not quite a self-portrait (maybe one day!)
Shadow Bass - a new fish for Kevin to check off his specie list. These are found in Ozark water in specific conditions. They arent everywhere, but they are there if you know where to look. This wasnt the biggest fish, but was by far the coolest looking.
Shadow Cat Prissy likes to lay on this bench and look out the window and catch some rays, she woke up from a nap back lighted, thus heavy shadows, shot in North Carolina.

With the strong summer shadows I've been trying to channel my inner Valérie Jardin and shooting shadows. Cambridge being a dense city with few high rise buildings makes for great shadows, but most of the things the shadows fall upon are quite noisy, so I've found it hard to pull off what I've been trying to capture. Thankfully this white building provided a nice canvas.
So I got married. I have moved. And this is from the honeymoon. The light was perfect and the shadows are jumbled and perfect too :)
Am hopefully back on Flickr for good depending on how quick my house set up is going to be. Wish me luck guys.
