Maybe you'll see something like this but not exactly...this is the only place on earth that the sun sets behind that tree..I was thrilled to catch it !

HAPPY WINDOW WEDNESDAY(S)
A cellar window in a old French Army barracks, Caserne Lefebvre*
The building has been beautifully restored externally. Internally, it is now divided up into residential apartments. Photo taken in strong, slanting winter mid-day light.
NB - For ESLs "set in stone" is an idiom used to indicate that something--especially a law or a rule--is permanent.

Location: Mulhouse, Alsace FR.

Working service 621 from High Wycombe bus station (primarily a school route) is this 1988 Alexander bodied Volvo B10M (F101TML) that looks as though its seen better days but still sounds and runs healthily. Formally served with Boroline and Arriva London. It has now been withdrawn and is awaiting scrap.
Something always brings me back to you …
You hold me without touch
You keep me without chains
I'll still feel you here

When the main goal of the day is to spend the time for a well done sketch I usually take with me a full set, but compact and not so heavy. The album is home made with Arches satine paper, that is my favourite.

All Code 8's products are textures with normal and specular maps. For the best effect (especially water and shiny metals, but also woods and fabrics) you need to have advance lighting on in your viewers preferences. The shininess of items depends on he windlight you are using. You can edit the object and play with the texture specular settings for the best effect.
As I always say: "Nothing fancy going on here."
The most challenging aspect for me is getting the composition right: it has to
look natural, even if it's a glamor shot.
So with just 3 vehicles and some sifted dirt on a painted styrene base, how
does one go about making it look real?
I think about how people drive and park cars. What is enough distance between vehicles in order to open a door and get out? If people are meeting in a field, does everyone just park side by side or is there a randomness to it? Even if this is just a miniature set, I feel there are certain natural laws that
must be taken into account.
I apologize for blathering on here, but I wanted to give some insight into the process.
Here's the finished shot:

Knacks.
Passing through Hemel town center is Arriva the shires (YN53SVG 2443) a 2003 Optare Solo seen working route 4 to Hemel Hemstead railway station having just come from Grovehill estate. New to MK Metro before passing to Arriva in Milton Keynes then eventually transferred to the Hemel garage.
A 1993 dennis dart with northern counties Paladin bodywork is seen leaving the Vale travel depot to work local school contracts. This vehicle new to MTL London.
Parke dup inside the Lanes Coaches depot in Hemel Hemstead is this 1997 Caetano bodied Dennis Dart. The bus is primarily used on school services but was recently used on Hemel town service 11.
Someone set a little side challenge on the monthly this month, a creative self portrait. I was not really in the mood for this but I discovered my son's flash gun worked remotely with my dslr so decided some moody off camera flash would be creative enough. Most people that know me will know that I don't tend to take myself too seriously so this is a bit 'off piste' for me.
