My girl has a sensitive soul. She is easily scared which can be a challenge for me as a mom. I have learned so much in helping her develop her courage. Patience and calm confidence have been the key. This week I am proud to say I got her to go down slides again, climb rope ladders, and she now ignores airplanes flying by. Baby steps!
This picture is such a Haven moment. We were hanging out in the bathroom when I saw a lizard on our window (on the outside). She usually likes lizards so I thought she would be excited to see one. When I told her I snapped the picture thinking she would have a totally different reaction, but this...this is so Haven. I love that girl.

muelas sin calcio
el zumbar de los oidos a la noche
charcos de fluidos, sudor y sangre
sabado a la noche, mil luces

ahora en la esfera mas opaca

dejar de comer y morir ahi mismo
la madrugada me dejo solo
se corrompio y me tiro al vacio
