Nur wenige Gebäude der alten Conti-Fabrik stehen noch und sollen auch 2011 dem Erdboden gleichgemacht werden
I've been #reading #RaymondCarver #poetry before bed lately. It makes for dramatic and dark dreams... Better than none.
Spanking new public telephones in the Pushan district, complete with large backlit LCD screens were emblazoned with this notification, which aptly explained their inoperable state.
Sensitive people faced with the prospect of a camera portrait put on a face they think is the one they would like to show to the world... Every so often what lies behind the facade is rare and more wonderful than the subject knows or dares to believe.

RAGGEDY ANDY…is a sensitive SEAL POINT BALINESE. He is around 2 years old, neutered and four paw declawed. He has a medium-length coat and big, beautiful pale blue eyes. Andy came from an Indiana shelter where he was left by a family member after his elderly owner had died. It was obvious that he had not been well-cared for in a long time. He was very thin and matted. He also had a severe case of bronchitis and pneumonia. He was wheezing so badly that at first we thought he was dying of congestive heart failure! After Andy recovered his health in his foster care, his matted fur was shaved. At that time, we discovered that he had been shot in the rump and there was a BB pellet under his mats. Obviously, Andy, with no defenses, had been allowed to roam outside! The BB pellet has been surgically removed and while Andy is physically better, he is still emotionally scarred from his experiences. He presents as friendly, confident cat who enjoys being around people. Despite all his trauma, Andy is very gentle and very easily handled, even by children. He loves being held and he will give kisses. He is playful but can be easily overstimulated. He also enjoys using a scratching post (which shows that he should never have been declawed). However, Andy is quite scared of other animals. He has anxiety in his foster home because he can hear the foster mom’s other cats and dog. Andy internalizes his stress and will flare with cystitis if not in a calm home. For this reason, Andy must be an ONLY pet. Until Andy leaves foster care, he is on a low dose of an inexpensive medication to help him deal with the stress of a multi-animal household. The medication could be discontinued in a household with no other cats or dogs. Andy needs a SIAMESE experienced home or a cat-experienced one able to deal with his emotional sensitivity. An adult household or one with older children would be best. Andy needs a true FurEver home to show him that the world is not the cruel place that he has so far experienced in his short life. Are you the one? Special Needs Adoption Fee $50. FOSTERED IN OAK PARK, IL.

Touch sensitive control panel lets us control the operation of the ImagePRESS itself. Paper sizes and weights along with which paper bin they are located are entered via this control panel.
We can also use the ImagePRESS as a traditional color copier. The control panel lets us setup printing parameters when printing from physical originals as opposed to digital artwork.
