The Observation Deck.
Taken on the observation deck, on the 86th floor of the Empire State Building.
The Empire State Building, at 350 5th Avenue. The art deco skyscraper was designed by William F. Lamb (1893-1952) from the architectural firm Shreve, Lamb and Harmon.
At 1,454ft tall (and 102 storeys), this was the tallest building in the world for almost 40 years, until the World Trade Center's North Tower was completed in late 1970. Construction lasted just 15 months, ans was carried out by 3,400 workers, five of whom died (according to official records). Total construction costs came to $40,948,900 at the time.

This photo of my shoe fulfills requirement 5, taking a photo of a man-made object.
I thought my shoe would make an interesting macro composition with its unique laces. The curvature of the shoe and its laces give the photo a sense of direction. I personally think it'd make a better picture if my shoes were cleaner though.
I used a high ISO and the widest aperture because I was under low light. I couldn't let the shutter speed be too long because since the macro lens has a focal length of 100mm, even a little bit of shake seemed to cause unwanted motion blur in the photo.
During post-processing, I cropped the photo to seem closer and make the composition a bit more dynamic. I also increased the exposure by a lot because the original photo was incredibly dark.
