The latest Jonckheere arrives at Gorseinon College this morning as one of the Mistrals goes off on its' next mission.

MK63 WZW has famously been the Dylan Thomas anniversary bus for the last few years though within the last week or so it has been given a new livery.Enjoy Swansea Bay-Joio Bae Abertawe is the theme and it looks good too.Here she is on her way to Pontarddulais this morning to start its' school run.I'll put some more shots to show the livery detail on when I get them.Meanwhile,what does Dylan make of it all.........
Dylan's Last Day
I was pulled in the garage one morning
These two men came in yawning
Thought I was going to get a wash
Nice ,clean and posh
Then they started tearing at my hair and face
Deface me,what a disgrace!
Next I began to feel on fire
As they melted me off with an old hair dryer
How good the last few years have been
Seeing Swansea once again
And viewing life without a fuss
On my little white Enviro bus
Now it's time to leave me rest
Though I've left the poems that I did best
And my bus will serve another day
Promoting the charms of Swansea Bay....

These are some of the orphans who are being raised at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust's Nairobi Nursery. The nursery is where the orphaned baby elephants are initially brought to be raised among other orphans as well as by their amazing keepers. They remain in the nursery until they are old enough and ready to move up to one of the Reintegration units where they will eventually return to the wild. The SWT has a wonderful foster program where you can "adopt" an orphan (or two) www.sheldrickwildlifetrust.org/
230 (D230 LCY) is seen at Neath, Victoria Gardens on the 29th of October 1986. This bus is now in the hands of the South Wales Transport Preservation Trust, Swansea.
