She is the only woman permitted in this 1,000 year old kasbah situated in the Atlas mountains to be the bread maker & here she is telling me her story. The women in her family go back many generations baking bread here. Her son was kind enough to translate for me.

Not realy a street photo, but somehow i like this picture. In some strange way there are so many stories said. Maybe i should name it "Stories" after "Therapy?'s" song... Anyway... human starfish is my favorite ;]

Alternate title(suggested by the wife),"the nightmare before christmas".This is one from the archives and it is from a visit to a great abandoned farmhouse near tiny Kent,IL.The once impressive old house was last lived in in the early '70s.It has been allowed to rot away by family members who still use the surrounding farm,and who also have a lot of personal memories and belongings still in the decaying house.I'm sure there are old pictures in there somewhere of this house in its prime,which would make the "nightmare" aspect of its current state all too real.Stories like this one just don't happen in the movies....

Covid19 and it’s impact on society. Calgary has been hit job wise, both by the pandemic, and the from the fall in oil prices. Many of the downtown offices are sitting vacant and a lot of people have been laid off, or lost their jobs. This BMW owner looks like he’s keeping the cash flowing by any means he can. Skip the Dishes and other delivery type jobs are being snapped up by people from all walks of life. When needs must eh......
