The SS Moyie was built in 1898 for the Canadian Pacific Railway. It carried passengers and freight on Kootenay Lake in British Columbia for 59 years. Today it is the world's oldest intact passenger sternwheeler, and has been beautifully restored and open for tours in Kaslo, BC.
A bakery originally owned by the SS holding company Deutsche Ausrüstungswerke and later Deutsche Lebensmittel GmbH. Slave labor from KZ Sachsenhausen staffed the bakery around the clock to make bread for the SS and other concentration camps.
