My first time seeing Spaceship Earth, I was blown away. The size of this huge sphere; the complexity. AND there's an attraction inside? I wanted to try and take photos of Spaceship Earth from every angle possible to see if I could somehow capture its grandness. I found this angle a very interesting perspective.

There are few places in Future World where one can see a reflection of Spaceship Earth in a body of water. This spot between The Land and The Seas with Nemo and Friends is my favorite. On this evening in late October, I was lucky enough to catch a passing monorail for some added lighting effects.

Well I did not use my fisheye as much this trip as I usually do and here is an example of where that change occurred. Normally I would get right underneath Spaceship Earth but this time I just went wide and took a few steps back.
I liked the update to Spaceship Earth, and while the 'view into the future' part as you come down is a bit goofy, at least they personalize it. Here are our pictures, as they appeared on the screen at the exit. Andrew liked the 'video games' at the end. He drove a car, 'played hockey' with the energy distribution game, and we performed virtual surgery (sort of) .
First SHIPtember SHIP: 105 studs long.
I always like building in green, and the whole purpose of this was to utilize the Ninjago spinner, as well as the pieces I got from the Pic-a-Brick wall. Fairly small and narrow, just long enough, but lightweight enough that it'll be easy to move.
I never did say goodbye to Test Track, so this will have to be the best I do. Looking back, this would have been an even better picture if I could have gotten a monorail cruising by, but this was just a last second "why the heck not" shot as I rode for the last time ever back in October. I really enjoyed how well Spaceship Earth was framed top, bottom and sides.
