Could be E. lapponica.... but then it could be something else entirely!! A beauty in any case!
As I moved the stick it was on further into the light to try to get a better shot, it immediately disappeared back into the shadows!

Bisporella citrina, commonly known as yellow fairy cups or lemon discos, is a species of fungus in the family Helotiaceae. The fungus produces tiny yellow cups up to 3 mm in diameter, often without stalks, that fruit in groups or dense clusters on decaying deciduous wood that has lost its bark.
Edit: I have had a different ID proposed to me and looking at the images it's more like Orbilia sp.

...the light in my kitchen this morning was so yummy and caught my eye as I turned the corner. I recently painted the kitchen yellow so it added to the warmth of the color...saw it and grabbed my camera immediately...
