Paul Smart (23 April 1943 – 27 October 2021) .A great British motorcycle racer - he is famous for winning the Imola 200 on 23 April 1972, at age 29, riding Ducati's new 750 racer, based on the GT750 roadster. Ducati paid his airfare and £500 wages.
First Run Experience
As of 2014/06/24, we package Mirai in 2 formats - "dressed" or "birthday suit" - please choose when you checkout.
The description below describes the first run experience for a customer who has ordered Mirai to come in birthday suit. Retail stores however will all be dressed.
1. We use a plastic box for both formats of packaging which will be shipped in a double corrugated box with bubble wrap. Open the lid of the box and pull out the inner tray inside - do this with the box laying down.
2. Mirai will be in a plastic bag - remove it. I cut the corner off the bag so that she can breathe.
3. Mirai's body will be wrapped in soft sponge to prevent her hands scratching her sides - remove it.
4. You will find 2 bags of stuff inside the box - wig + shoes & jeans + T-shirt + underwear + socks + hair clip. The hair clip can fall off easily when in transit so make sure to put it away when not in use!
5. Put on Mirai's underwear first.
6. Next the socks - the socks are a bit of a tight fit so put the on slowly. I hate socks that fall down easily which is why they are tight.
7. Next put on the jeans - these are a tight fit too as I wanted them to show off Mirai's body line ^^; Make sure the underwear is pulled up so that the button of the jeans does not touch the skin or it could leave a mark - but that can usually be removed with a bit of heat from a hairdryer.
8. If you want Mirai to sit down, you will probably have to roll her jeans up a bit as they are a tight fit - do so by grabbing the thigh and twisting the jeans back and forth towards the crotch. There is a slight risk of color staining on the thigh when she is sitting down for prolonged periods due to the pressure between the thighs and crotch. My Mirai stained a bit but easily came off with a few rubs of the thumb.
9. Next is the shoes - the shoes are a tight fit too as shoes with my previous dolls fell off easily and I didn't want that to happen to Mirai. Hold the ankle firmly and put on the shoes like so.
10. Next up is the T-shirt and to put that on you need to remove the head - do so by grasping the head like so and twist back n forth away from the body.
11. Next you can either remove the arms or just the hands to put the T-shirt on. To remove the arms, hold the shoulder in one hand and the bust in the other like so.
12. Pull the arm and it should pop off.
13. Now you can put on the T-shirt and then put the arms back in place through the sleeves - the arms should "click" back into the shoulder slot. Always make sure the shoulder blades are upright or it will look like Mirai is sloughing and slouching is not good!
14. Replace the head but make sure not to push the head down too far as her neck will get squashed and look really thin!
15. Now for the wig - remove the netting the wig came in and place on the head. The wig is slightly loose to enable you to change or remove it during transport - I personally keep Mirai's wig attached and fix it down with a bit of blu-tac in the wig cap.
As the wig is new - it will look flat so just press the top of the head and Mirai goes into "mad woman" mode - this gives the wig more volume. Let go and adjust the hair with your fingers.
16. The wig should look something like this after you have given it more volume in the previous step.
17. This is how the wig should be placed - a larger version of this thumbnail on Flickr.
"A" is where the position where the right braids start. "B" is the position where the left braid start - as you can see its lop sided. From "C" you can further see that the wig is slanted to Mirai's left and this is how the wig should be placed. Notice that the parting line is to the side of her face - *not* at the top of her forehead.
18. This is how the beanie should be worn - show as much fringe as possible and make sure the wig is set as explained above.
19. To change busts, all you need to do is to use the procedures mentioned above to remove the head and arms which will leave you looking at the Mirai Frame like this.
Again - make sure the shoulder blades are in an upright position as you can see in the photo.
20. Bust transplant complete!
Dont forget the telescopic stand attached to the back of the inner tray.

Small cars are handy in the confined streets of towns and villages built before the advent of cars. You might get a BMC Mini or an old Fiat 500 in this space but you probably wouldn't be able to open either house door.
Seen only a few days prior to the transfer of Central Buses operations from the CenGroup to the Rotala PLC is a rather smart E200.
Central Buses' YY16 YJK (218) is seen loading on Corporation Street, Birmingham City Centre (outside the Wetherspoons' Square Peg), prior to taking the 17:20 X16 towards Tamworth Estates (ending at Belgrave). The X16 has one run per day in each direction, and during the day the 16 operates between Victoria Road Bus Interchange and Kingsbury. YY16YJK was new in July 2016 to the Cen Group. Sadly, in February 2018, Centrad decided to sell their bus operations to the Rotala PLC, where it has been integrated into their existing Diamond Bus operation. The rather smart AD E20D was then given the fleetnumber 30977 and allocated to a newly opened Tamworth depot. It is an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro 200.
So I upgraded my drone, leaping up two models which basically gave me a big improvement in what I can do with aerial photography. This was just a test shot I took while learning some of the new features at a park. It is kind of an understatement to say I am excited about the possibilities.
Front suspension - MacPherson, rear - semi-independent type deDion. In addition to the suspension, of course, the front steering (with castor), the rear drive on the traditional 3-cylinder engine, located behind the rear axle. The model opens the side doors and the rear door.
In the cabin, a soft steering wheel, an internal rearview mirror, a watch in the depth of the torpedo. The passenger seat folds to form an armrest.

Smart Doll is the only doll in the same class that can be posed like this - the knob on the stand helps support items like a skateboard or surfboard.

I think the legs look kinda odd (long) in this screenshot but you tell me.
Oh, nearly forgot to mention that I'm planning on making two models. One is Macho and the other will be Hoso Macho [細マッチョ] - "hoso" meaning "slim" like those FREE and Utapuri guys ^^ You can see the Macho Ver in the top right corner.

The first Smart Doll Plus will be also be modeled after our Mirai Suenaga and have the same makeup, acrylic eyes and heat resistant wig too. I will release her with the same default apparel that comes with the 1/3 scale version.

Until further notice, all three EQ Smart models will roll off the assembly line in Hambach, France, but all future Smarts will be built in Ningbo, China, a metropolis around 150 kilometers from Shanghai. There, Mercedes and Geely founded the 50:50 company Smart Automobile Co. Ltd, which exclusively builds electric cars. The first vehicle in this new partnership will be an additional Smart model in 2022.
Diamond's YJ07 PAO (30412) is seen departing West Bromwich Bus Station with a 4H towards Hayley Green. It wears the smart new branding for the 4/4H (Walsall-West Brom 4/4H - Halesowen 4H - Hayley Green). This branding is in the same style as used on the 25 Branded Urban 2 at Kidderminster. YJ07PAO was new in April 2007 to Transdev Blazefield's Lancashire United operation (before being rebranded in 2016 to the Blackburn Bus Company), as their 1820. While with Transdev, it wore branding for the Spot On services. It is a Volvo B7RLE/Wright Eclipse Urban.
Development on the 1/3 scale versions have not gone to waste however - we took the same design and as everything was done in CAD - we just scaled everything up and replaced our homemade servos with high powered ones on the market.

I was inspired by a historic building across the street and needed to find a place to set my cup, after finishing my sandwich at Subway.
A house in the wild where birds can eat their food, take it easy and sing some songs for bypass people. Everything made by a milkcarton and some ropes. Smart and simple!
Appreciate all kinds of criticism comments so I and those who reads them will take note, learn and become beter photographers.
In a number cties in Europe, China and North America Car2Go set up a car sharing service with Smart Fortwo cars. In the Cologne and Düsseldorf area (Rheinland) cars from the latest generation of the Fortwo with petrol engine are used.
Model: Hair Happenins Francie
Fashion: This is part of a hard to find Barbie Francie Color Magic fashion set. The original blouse swallows Francie's smaller figure. I have substituted a Skipper tricot top here. She has a hat, similar to the Wild Thing hat but with Smart Switch fabric. This may be a custom made piece, as Smart Switch did not have a hat. perhaps someone repaired or repurposed a Wild Thing hat with Smart Switch fabric.

As you have already read before purchasing a Smart Doll, you know that each and every one is hand made and because of this, there are no two Smart Dolls that are ever the same. The shapes of the shell mold, surface, wig, makeup and joint torque will all differ slightly.
This post will be updated often to help folks who prefer to customize their Smart Doll and will also include maintenance tips.
