With the immpresive Orwell Hotel in the background Ipswich Reds Alexander Dennis Enviro 300 SN13 CKC stands in front of Felixstowe Railway Station on the express service from Ipswich . After catching the Ipswich buses 92 from Stutton at 1044 and a smart connection at Bourne bridge I am at Great Eastern square at 1135. Who said we do not have an intergrated transport system!

Smart Tom bjd doll by Mzzmdoll

#With the sun shining and a busy market day I hit the town for a mornings street photography. I didn't check my camera bag and by accident i brought my F2 XF 23mm prime lens. This is batter for wider group shoots but not so good for getting in close. Still using a fuji film recipe "Pure Grit"

Love these fierce little birds. This is the best shot I've ever been able to get of one. Interesting fact from the Cornell site: "Loggerhead Shrikes impale noxious prey such as monarch butterflies and eastern narrow-mouthed toads—then wait for up to three days to eat them, which allows time for the poisons to break down. These shrikes also eat the heads and abdomens of toxic lubber grasshoppers, while discarding the insect’s poisonous thorax."

Taken in The Hague, in Holland.

It is quite a feature that display of Smart cars.

I photographed it from all angles, but this is my favourite; I like it because the bottom car seems to be parked in front?

The figure adds to the dimension!

Take care, be safe!

Thank you for your time and comments, greatly appreciated, M, (*_*)

Since I did not start work until 6pm and after going through Facebook in the morning I noticed a post of 20938 back in her new livery. So quickly jumped in the shower, got ready, grabbed the 1130 31 to town and a walk to the Western General Hospital I had about 15 minutes to wait.

Here is a very smart looking 20938 at Western General having a break before heading on another service 113 to Pencaitland. 17th March 2017.

Seen a long way from Preston, and still looking rather smart (the odd bit where vinyls were removed looking less tidy), is one of Yellow Buses' latest acquisitions. This comes in the form of a former Rotala PLC Gemini 2.

Yellow Buses' BX62 FUU (129) is seen laying over on Avenue Road, Bournemouth City Centre. Presumably it was either being used as a spare vehicle for the day, or laying over between school and peak extra runs. BX62FUU was new as one of four B9s new to Flights Hallmark's Wessex Connect operation. FUU carried the fleetnumber 40605. The four BX62 Geminis have been acquired by Yellow Buses (whilst still owned by RATP Dev), which is odd because they were only in use in Preston for a maximum of 10 months after being painted into their livery, whereas other Rotala vehicles have been in use in the wrong livery for longer. However, with Yellow Buses, they have become their 126-129, and join many other Geminis with the smart (now independent) company. I'm hoping they will be used to help increase the companies services, and not replace some of the older vehicles... 129 is a Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2.

First Wyvern's WX59 BZD (69450) is seen departing Bromsgrove Bus Station with a 144 back to Worcester Crowngate from Smallbrook Queensway, Birmingham City Centre. The 144/144A operate up to every 15 minutes between Worcester and Catshill, with an extension to Birmingham up to every 30 mins. WX59BZD was new in October 2009 to First Bristol. In December 2014, it was transferred to Leicester. The rather smart Volvo then found its way to Midland Red West's Worcester depot via Thornton Brothers, where it received a full refurbishment. It initially entered service "half dressed," until First relaunched the 144/144A as "Salt Road." 69450 is a Volvo B7RLE/Wright Eclipse Urban 2.

Designed by me, folded from a rectangle of paper with dollar bill proportions (kami, 24x10cm).

The Smart Roadster was introduced in 2003. It is powered by a 82 PS turbocharged 698cc 3-cylinder engine in the rear. In late 2005 production was stopped after some 43,000 were built.

When the first photos of Lothian 901 were seen I was not too sure on what to make of the "staircase" livery on a B9.

However, seeing it for myself today 901 looks very smart in her new livery. Seen today at Lochend operating on service 15 to Penicuik. 09th October 2017.

Change on the Ipswich Buses 92S Shuttle from Holbrook Royal Hospital School to Gravel Pit lane. The Optare is in for maintenance so ADL Enviro 200 YX63 ZVW was the subsitute. Seen here opposite Gravel Pit Lane connecting with the 92, 1025 from Ipswich to Manningtree.,Scania Omnicity YR61 RUW

I think it's maybe because I have spend so much time in a smart male office suit in my working life - I love this type of outfit

A Smart Forfour in Delmenhorst.

Much better looking than that horrible new Forfour... :/

She has figured out how to extract a drink of water from a hole in the rock, using the ends of a coconut leaf....

Here is the the other necklace I made for the set. I wanted to make a simpler one that wouldn't take as long to make. I'll have these available during my update in October.

This hooded crow (Corvus cornix) has found a dry heel of bread. To make it easier to eat he/she put it in a puddle to make it soft. Smart!

Ta wrona (Corvus cornix) znalazła suchą piętkę chleba. Aby uczynić ją łatwiejszą do zjedzenia, włożyła ją do kałuży, aby rozmokła. Sprytne!

Stagecoach Midlands' LX51 FMP (17494) is seen parked next to the Stratford Information Centre in the Tourbus turn around point. It wears branding for the Stratford-upon-Avon sightseeing tour. In the sun, it looks very smart. LX51FMP was new in September 2001 to Stagecoach East London, as their TAS494. When the operation was sold in August 2006, it came under Macquarie Bank ownership. In October 2010, it was reacquired by Stagecoach. TAS 494 has been used for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, where it was used as a Shuttle Bus. It was also used on a branded rail replacement service for Stagecoach Merseyside on Merseyrail services. It was then converted to open top for use as a tour bus at the Stratford-upon-Avon garage.
