Made as a thank-you for someone who works with cameras, so made some tinky tiny little SLR camera toppers out of chocolate fondant. Plum IMBC on vanilla cupcakes.
The first SLR and 'proper' camera I ever had. Cost about £30 off my student grant around 1975 and weighs about half a ton. The funny rectangle above the lens is the light sensor and you had to stop the lens down manually before the shot. Note the comprehensive range of shutter speeds:-)
Served me well for about 4 years till I got this one in the summer of 1979.
An awesome SLR McLaren speeding down Wilshire Blvd. It was with the Beverly Hills-famous BF Performance kitted- LP640. Sadly, I didn't get a pic of it though :( But for some reason, I really like how this extremely lucky shot came out, I guess I'm better at tracking/panning shots than I initially thought xD
