April foolishness is over. Now I begin my quest for a SunStar/Sunburst pic for the dyxum.com contest. This is from an airbus window. It looked clean but look at the mush around the sun! Also, it looks like my Nex 5n had a hard time focusing this time around..

Central valley's Highway 5 is the main freeway connecting the South with the North in California. Last Friday we saw an interesting sky looking West. I took bracketed exposures while in motion, but could only use a single one due to moving objects. I could pull many hues of white from the RAW photo - this is a balanced HDR photo.

A T Rex eats a loom band. Before long he will be chewing on many individual tiny bands as the whole thing unravels in his mouth. Even a T Rex is no match for the Mighty Loom Band...

The tower has a rotating beacon. This is a massive crop. I should have shot this zoomed in but I took a wide shot which came our very uninteresting with way too much foreground clutter
