More small surface rust found on a Tundra rear bumper.

This is taken from a close-up of the extremely corroded door to part of the flame trench at the Highdown rocket test site on the Isle of Wight.

Photowalked with my buddy Jeff this morning. This was my first time out with my new 70-200, which as expected was a pleasure.

rust can do pretty things

I guess anything goes at the Rust Revival.

As described, this lens took a plunge in a French river. Just 1 or 2 seconds in the water was of course enough to ruin it. After 20+ years of storage in the basement, I undertook to disassemble it. One of the most magnificent parts was this rusted (but still working !!) diaphragm.
