Rust is famous for his nesting Storks. Nearly every house has his own nest on the roof or chimney.
My high school girl friends and I got together for another weekend of 50th Birthday celebrations in Leavenworth, WA. We stayed in a cabin owned by Julie's friend. Julie and I took a photo walk through the property surrounding the house. I loved this rusted out old tractor.
I'm always curious how today's automobiles will degrade. I'm guessing it won't be with this much integrity.

Filter > Blur > Radial Blur. (Blur method:spin)

This is the largest operating open pit iron ore mine in the world, more than three miles long, two miles wide and 535 feet deep. This man-made "Grand Canyon of the North" was the first strip mine on the Mesabi Iron Range.
I did a mini workshop on rust printing today. I'm super excited about it! The rust metal actually goes into the fabric. It's not a stain, it's the actual metal in the fabric!
