Hoy, despues de varios días, me he decidido a coger la cámara de fotografía. Llevaba bastantes días desanimado porque no encontraba motivos buenos para fotografiar y hoy, mi mujer e hija han hecho para mí las delicias con mi cámara. Hemos ido un rato a la playa y han posado para mi incansablemente. Ni que decir tiene que después he pagado por ello, con un pedazo de helado de chocolate y queso respectivamente. No, no me ha salido caro, je je je.
He probado a realizar varias capturas con diferentes técnicas, entre ellas ésta que para algunos es un poco rara, pero que no ha quedado mal del todo. Se trata de la técnica de Zooming, que consiste en variar la longitud focal con suficiente velocidad para que el personajecillo quedase dentro del encuadre pero hubiese un dinamismo compositivo importante. En mi favor tengo que decir que en condiciones de tanta luminosidad (estabamos en la playa) es un poco dificil, pero no ha sido del todo un fracaso.
Para los que podais ser un poco malos os diré .....NO, no he usado photoshop para ese efecto, es una técnica que se lleva a cabo con velocidades lentas en el momento de disparo y uzando el zoom de la cámara.

The Lidl Run Kildare Events 2013 were held at the Curragh Racecourse, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland on Sunday 12th May 2013. There were three events: a 10KM, a half marathon, and a full marathon. This is a selection of photographs which includes all events. The photographs are taken from the start and finish of the marathon, the finish of the 10KM, and the finish of the half marathon. Due to the large numbers participating we did not manage to photograph everyone - which was not helped by the weather. Congratulations to Jo Cawley and her RunKildare crew for another great event. The weather didn't dampen the spirits of the many happy participants.

Overall Race Summary
Participants: There were approximately 3,000 participants over the 3 race events - there were runners, joggers, and walkers participating.
Weather: A cold breezy morning with heavy rain at the start. The weather dried up for the 10KM and the Half Marathon races
Course: This is an undulating course with some good flat stretches on the Curragh.

Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. Wiesbaden community members turned out in force for the annual Zombie Run, despite the fog, on Clay Kaserne Oct. 26, 2019. (Photos by Karl Weisel)
Hundreds of community members from Fort Drum and the surrounding communities gathered Sept. 29 in front of Memorial Park to begin the inaugural Memorial to Monument run. The course took runners on a 10.8 trek through the Black River Trail and into Thompson Park in Watertown, ending next to the Honor the Mountain Monument. I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?
As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. Der Weg ist das Ziel: Vor den Pyramiden von Gizeh und in Kopenhagen, in Istanbul und Sibirien, Paris und Venedig haben solche Läufe bereits stattgefunden, während deren sich die Teilnehmer über Ausstellungen und Produktionsbedingungen, Markt und Utopien ausgetauscht haben – mitunter wurden auch Vernissagen gestürmt.
Unterstützt wird das Projekt von Institutionen wie dem Moderna Museet in Stockholm, dem Witte de With in Rotterdam oder dem New Yorker P.S.1/MoMA, koordiniert und dokumentiert werden die Aktionen im Internet.
Offenbar reichen kontemplative Kunstbetrachtung und ein fester Standpunkt nicht mehr aus, denn auch andere Web-Initiativen propagieren einen eher situationistischen Ansatz. So rät das Blog "Jumping in Art Museums" dazu, vor Kunstwerken in die Luft zu springen und diesen Augenblick fotografisch festzuhalten. Diesen Aufruf einer gewissen Allison aus Chicago sind bereits einige Menschen gefolgt. Hier allerdings fehlt der theoretische Hintergrund, und auch der sportliche Ehrgeiz fehlt, den die Außenseiter in Jean-Luc Godards Film "Bande à part" antreibt, die in neun Minuten und 43 Sekunden durch den Louvre rennen. Nein, gesprungen werden soll "aus Freude". Dabei ließe sich auch in der Schwebe, über allem, gewiss bestens diskutieren.

The Lidl Run Kildare Events 2013 were held at the Curragh Racecourse, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Ireland on Sunday 12th May 2013. There were three events: a 10KM, a half marathon, and a full marathon. This is a selection of photographs which includes all events. The photographs are taken from the start and finish of the marathon, the finish of the 10KM, and the finish of the half marathon. Due to the large numbers participating we did not manage to photograph everyone - which was not helped by the weather. Congratulations to Jo Cawley and her RunKildare crew for another great event. The weather didn't dampen the spirits of the many happy participants.

Overall Race Summary
Participants: There were approximately 3,000 participants over the 3 race events - there were runners, joggers, and walkers participating.
Weather: A cold breezy morning with heavy rain at the start. The weather dried up for the 10KM and the Half Marathon races
Course: This is an undulating course with some good flat stretches on the Curragh.

366 days ago I began a great adventure to take 365 photos in 365 days. I knew the road would be hard, but figured I would have more time in college than high school. Unfortunately I was mistaken and only finished 177 photos.
Thank you for those who have supported me and will continue to support my artistic endeavors. This truly has been a learning experience.
Soyuz ready for launch from Europe’s Spaceport
A complete dry-run will be performed to test the ground facilities and their compatibility with the launcher, 29 April 2011, Europe’s Spaceport (French Guiana).
A strategic cooperation between Europe and Russia, the Soyuz medium-class launcher, will be ready for launch at the CSG in 2011.
