If you think about it, the subway system in New York City is kind of nuts. Mass transit more generally, really. Literally millions of bodies moved around every day. But it's also so tedious.

The Q train theoretically is supposed to divert to 2nd Avenue in a few days. We'll see how that one goes, hey?

I thought I had T-MAX 400 loaded in this back! Imagine my surprise when I ejected the magazine and...oops. "C-41" stamped across the backing paper. Fortunately, Portra 400 really does have an excessive amount of latitude, scans well, and I love the colors punched out here. Slightly corrected for the nasty fluorescent cast.

The Zenzanon-S 80mm f/2.8 rendering remains quite wonderful and I wish I had a better scanner at the moment. Once I repair my Nikon I may give this one another go.

P.S. There is still highlight detail in the lamp trays and subway headlights left! Crazy.

Part of my abandoned Air Force Base series. This military town had everything from a once state of the art hospital to schools, theatre, bowling alley, church, EVERYTHING. Lighting applied with Coast HP5.

My daily routine has been radically amended since the pandemic. Our daily newspapers are now read on line during the weekdays. A very small change I know but I do miss the 30 minute walk.

Synchronized swimming is a hybrid of swimming, gymnastics, and dance, consisting of swimmers (either individuals, duets, teams or combos) performing a synchronized routine of elaborate and dramatic moves in the water, accompanied by music.

Synchronized swimming demands some water skills, and requires incredible strength, endurance, flexibility, grace, artistry and precise timing, not to mention exceptional breath control while upside down underwater. Developed in the early 1900s in Canada, it is a sport performed almost exclusively by women. In its early form it was sometimes known as "water ballet".

First demonstrated in 1952, synchronized swimming has been an official sport at the Summer Olympic Games since 1984. Olympic and World Championship competition is not currently open to men, but other international and national competitions allow male competitors.

Competitors show off their strength, flexibility, and aerobic endurance required to perform difficult routines. Swimmers perform two routines for the judges, one technical and one free.

Synchronized Swimming is governed internationally by FINA (Federation Internationale de Natation Amateur).

okay.. this is my crazy idea.. i had to edit the sizes of the photos and it gave me a hard time doing that...

i had an idea which will show my daily routine.. so here it is.. :)

Sunday - this is the family day or God's day. i usually wear dresses every mass.

Monday - it shows my school uniform and i have to wear it every Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. patience... this will last only for almost 5 months because soon i will be graduating, if God permits. :)

Tuesday - it is my funky, ragged style.. i feel comfortable with this.

Wednesday - this is so me... you will see me as simple as this. shirt, jeans, flip flops, messy hair, no make ups, no jewelry..

Thursday - i love sun, summer, shades, flip flops, etc etc.. this photo explains a lot.

Friday - formal.. yeah, there are times that i have to be formal, i am not that comfortable with it but at least i can handle.

Saturday - sports... i may not into sports but i adore swimming and volleyball and badminton.

Guys, this is my routine.. sorry for my crazy idea.. :|

Our coffee routine requires a little adaptation. We have a delicate french-press that requires a sensitive touch, and a coffee grinder that only works at a 45 degree angle and its held together by masking tape.

Day 345 of 365 (Wednesday) - Another work day today. I had a meeting at the end of my working day which meant that things are starting to become clearer about what my role will be. I am also feeling so much more reassured that my time as a Mother has not significantly changed. I was able to collect the children from school once more, and discuss their days on the drizzly walk home.

After feeding my younger two to sleep my son and I settled down for the final chapter of Danny the Champion of the World - which we both rated 10/10. It is our slot in the day when it is just us, and a time to cuddle up, share a story, and treasure.

Part of the nightly routine. Our life, if nothing else, revolves around routine.

A successful weight loss routine typically involves a combination of exercise plan as well as cutting back on our diet. The workouts could result in energy depletion and are also taxing on us both physically and mentally. Therefore, it becomes necessary that any weight loss routine is combined...
