Jeff_Hebert and his wife Mona Aliparis took me to the Oak Alley Plantation home. What a great place full of so much interest. The old cabins in the back were a treat. Even though you couldn't go in, I would reach across the guard rails and set my tripod inside to capture these still lifes. If you visit, try their Mint Julip for brunch. Oh man, it was good! Maybe this is boring to you..but I like it. It's what my day felt like.

My Girlfriend, Jennifer, wanted a picture of me on my birthday. I gave my Mother my camera and she took this for me. After she was finished shooting me, she said... " Not quite an Old man yet, gotta wait until the candles are out for that." Then she grinned.... Thanks Mother.. what does that make you???

:-p
