Title: Thinking

Its been a really hard week. I hate my back. When I broke my back and had surgery in June I was sure I would be OK by now... :-)

So I didn´t put all my projects on hold. Now I can see that I should have.

Well I´m already a day behind schedule again, so here goes...

Summary: 7 weeks in I have lost 7.0 kg. half a kg this week. Its not going as quickly anymore.... but my motivation is building up again, so thats a good thing, but I need more help - SO REALLY - PLEASE CHEER MORE, LOUDER AND NOISIER!!!!

My goal which is 12 kg before christmas is halfway there, its going to be tough, so please cheer all you can - it really helps!

The public challenge works. Its given me motivation in the small hours at night, when Flickr just can´t cut it out for sugar rushes and I just need something I think, punch myself and then eat an apple ;oD

I´ll give myself a smiley for every kg I loose. Almost one this week.

This is the back of a rocking chair painted by kids at our school (Monocacy Valley Montessori Public Charter School). Pretty cool stuff. It was made to be auctioned to raise funds for the school.

The Flying Rocking Chair! I made this as an assignment last year in ceramics class. It wasn't originally supposed to have wings, but it kept tipping over backwards, so I added the wings to keep it stable.

Time for a little morning kitty yoga.

An old rocking chair that belonged to my great-grandmother before she passed away. She wouldn't sit much of anywhere else. It now resides on my uncle's back porch.
