Garden Minster Had an hour to spare so made use of a short bit of bright light

Taken at Burbage Common, Hinckley, Leicestershire

I was out for a cycle around Dunkeld area, and my wee Robin friend met me beside the river Tay again today.

Made a visit today to Llanelli Wetlands hoping to see a Kingfisher - was told I missed it by 10 minutes :(

Never mind , I got a few OK photos.

Surprised but pleased, this one reached no.30 in explore.

A lovely wee friend in Dundee university grounds.

It's moulting season and this little Robin appeared in the garden minus its tail feathers.

had to step back to focus this robin, its uncropped and left quite large for a close up view.

All taken today in Stanley Park just down the road from where I live. It was -5 during the day but did not feel to bad.

European Robin, Erithacus Rubecula, singing away. One minute you're walking along minding your own business then suddenly this little guy belts one out right next to you on the path :-)

On the footpath from Goathland to Beck Hole

Robin against a backdrop of matching brickwork!

I was quite pleased with the result of this, though there is a lot of purple fringing, probably due to using full zoom and then cropping a lot.

We went for a walk up the woods this morning, while Jack and Aaron played, I fed the birds and sat and waited for them to feed..... I got a few nice photos.
